We recently did a renovation on our newly purchased condo in Kerrisdale. The reno involved gutting the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, tile work, some drywall and interior lighting. We moved to our home in Whistler and this reno started March 2, 2020 just as COVID19 hit BC! Chad managed to have all the necessary trades come in to work SAFELY and kept everything on schedule. All Chad's trades people were a pleasure to deal with! We inspected the progress weekly on day trips to Vancouver and Chad met with us every time.

The reno was completed and we moved back in June 4, 2020. Communication with Chad was exceptional, he answered all calls and responded to all emails in a very timely manner. We received updates and photos regularly. Budget changes were communicated promptly. The Strata Council of our building were very pleased with Chad's tidiness and respect for the rules.
