Step 4: Collaborative Design Process

Once your team is established, the design journey begins. We remain actively involved throughout every step, ensuring your original vision stays at the forefront. Our early collaboration helps keep your budget in mind during design decisions, preventing costly surprises later.

Step 5: Permit Submission & Interior Design

After initial architectural and structural designs are complete, we submit them to the city for permits. Simultaneously, interior design work begins, creating a seamless transition between phases.

Step 6: Complete Design Package & Budget Development
