After working in the industry for over 20 years I knew it was time for me to build on my own dream

With over twenty years in the industry under my belt, managing operations and development projects and building countless homes, I knew it was time for me to build on my own dream and start my own company.

My passion for custom luxury homes and the many great relationships I had established in the industry over decades gave me an excellent place to start. Building custom homes is about imagining what is possible and then bringing those dreams to life. For me, the envisioning process with each client is essential, and I partner with the best architects in order to capture that dream, create beautiful spaces, solve problems and simplify life at home. To build on these dreams, only skilled tradesmen with a proven track record of quality craftsmanship will touch your dream home. By operating my own business, I knew I could better control the outcomes, build great teams, and as a result build homes at level of excellence I would be proud to put my name behind. 

Now, all I had to do at this point was decide on a name.

I wanted my company’s name to stand out from the rest, reflecting the outstanding custom homes I wanted to build. With a little bit of help, and with the joining of my wife’s name, Niki, and my daughter, Caris, the name Nikari stood out. The rest is history, and Nikari Homes Ltd. was established—my own dream a reality. You can have confidence knowing there is a company working for you that is inspired by it’s own family, building dream homes for families to live in and love in.
