Primary Upgrade

LOCATION: Ocean Park, Surrey BC

This project focused on expanding and upgrading the homeowners’ primary suite by reworking an underused front room and integrating it into the existing ensuite and closet layout. The result was a much larger, brighter, and more functional space that better suited the needs of the home.

We expanded the primary ensuite to accommodate a tub and a spacious his-and-hers walk-in shower. The adjacent primary closet was also extended into the former front room, creating a bright and welcoming walk-in closet. Heated floors were installed throughout both areas, along with custom millwork for the makeup area and custom-built closet systems designed to fit the space perfectly. The bathroom was finished with a stone feature wall and a smoked glass divider to separate the toilet area.

In addition to the interior work, we reworked the front entrance of the home. This included a new front door, tiled entry, updated railings on the upper and lower decks, and new post cladding to better match the overall theme of the home.
