Family Addition

LOCATION: Kitsilano, Vancouver BC

We were referred to this client through JHA Inc. The homeowners wanted to convert a common area in their multiplex to better support their growing family and create an additional bedroom for their son. We reconfigured the main floor and installed access to the basement common area, allowing us to create a new bedroom, mudroom, full bathroom, and a sitting/play area for the children.

Once that phase was complete, the homeowners asked us to renovate the main floor as well. The scope included removing and replacing the flooring, updating the railings, adding mouldings to the staircase walls, renovating the powder room, replacing the kitchen, and painting the main floor and upper bedrooms. We also built a custom front entry with storage for coats and a bench for added everyday convenience.
