Our work on this project began with replacing the existing windows and doors with new ones. From there, we were brought back to address a water issue in the crawlspace, where we developed a solution to manage moisture and close off the unfinished area so it showed no signs of dampness. We also identified and resolved a flashing issue on the roof that was contributing to a leak in the living room. In addition, we updated and tiled the exterior patios and replaced the railings with glass for a cleaner, more modern finish. We later returned to renovate the kitchen, update the lighting throughout, and repaint the home. It was a pleasure collaborating with JHA Inc. on this project.
