This retirement renovation was created to transform a 1990s home into a warm, updated, and highly functional space the clients could enjoy for years to come. Working alongside Sunny Bae from Sunny Bae Design, we refreshed the entire home with new flooring, doors, trim, and paint, while also reworking the main staircase to give the interior a more modern feel.

We completely renovated all three bathrooms, including heated floors in the primary bath for added comfort. The kitchen and family room were also updated with new millwork, a new fireplace, and a television mounted above it. To protect the TV from heat exposure, we incorporated a heat management solution so the space could remain both stylish and practical. We also repiped the entire house due to the existing Poly B piping, helping improve the home’s long-term reliability. In addition, we upgraded the home’s technology infrastructure with category cable and improved Wi-Fi throughout, helping the home stay ready for future needs.

The laundry room was improved with new cabinetry and a laundry sink to make the space more functional, and the entire home received a fresh coat of paint to complete the transformation.
