About Justine

Justine started her career in residential construction back in 2013, Justine brings invaluable expertise and passion to our renovation team. She began her career in framing, working hands-on in the field for more than a decade before transitioning into renovations, where her craftsmanship and attention to detail continue to stand out.

As an active voice in the construction industry, Justine has built a strong presence on Instagram, where she advocates for women in the trades and inspires the next generation of builders. Her leadership and authenticity have made her not only a respected professional but also a role model within the community.

Justine joined our company in 2024, reuniting with her very first boss, Ian, who now serves as our Project Manager. Since then, she has become an essential part of our renovation projects, bringing both technical skill and a collaborative spirit to every job site.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys staying active with cycling classes and paddleboarding, getting creative through crocheting and proudly embracing her growing reputation as a “crazy cat lady.”
