Tucked in the heart of Vancouver’s historic west side neighbourhood, Nikari Homes executed a breathtaking home transformation. The owners of this Kerrisdale condo dreamed of more for their dark, enclosed living space, and they reached out to Nikari Homes to make these dreams a reality. Excellent communication was key from the beginning of the project to its completion, especially during an unprecedented global pandemic, and as a result of this strong partnership, this renovation was a clear success. Key Facts

• This custom renovation features a stunning kitchen transformation, as well as master en-suite and closet, main bathroom, entryway and flooring modernizations. 
• Our clients dreamed of a more open entertaining space. We made this possible by opening up the wall to provide a larger opening to the kitchen. As a result, kitchen cabinets were then built on a tiered system to accommodate this change.
• Another brilliant change to this space includes a moveable island that functions as a kitchen table or as a workspace as required.
• Additionally, the ceiling was lowered to accommodate upgraded contemporary lighting throughout the kitchen. 
• Resilient new tiles were thoughtfully selected and laid throughout high-traffic zones: the front entrance, in the new kitchen, as well as both bathrooms.
